The loss of an eye is a traumatizing event. To minimize the aesthetic and psychological damage which it engenders, the eye prostheses were focusing from the XVIth century.

The eye prosthesis allows all those who suffer from the loss of an eye or from an aesthetic deficit on an eyeball to limit the traumatism which results from it.
