The eye prostheses are considered by the Social Security as the big equipment and thus benefit from a coverage in 100 %.

To be taken care by the Social Security, the patient has to supply necessarily two documents :

• A prescription on a CERFA 3135: the reference, the code LLP (see board below) and the medical reason must be mentioned there
  
  
• A request of preliminary agreement supplied by the ocularist.
